Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Revival is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is on its way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped with insurance. Once an order has been handed off to UPS, The Revival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time The Revival ships within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
