How do drops work?

Every Revival drop is a curated edit of hand-selected pre-loved luxury pieces. Each drop has a theme and a limited number of bags.

How often do you drop?

We drop a new edit every two weeks. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok at @therevivallux and join our email list so you never miss one.

Are the bags authenticated?

 Yes. Every piece that comes through The Revival is authenticated before it goes live in a drop. Every bag comes with a certificate of authenticity. We don't list anything we wouldn't buy ourselves.

How do you describe condition?

Every listing includes detailed condition notes and photos that show the bag from every angle including hardware, interior, and any areas of wear. We're transparent about condition so you can shop with confidence.

Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final. Because every piece is pre-loved and one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific piece, reach out through our Contact page before you buy.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.
